What information we collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Information you give us directly — if you subscribe to our email list, book a call via Calendly/OneCal, or email us, we collect your name, email address, and anything else you choose to share.
- Information collected automatically — when you visit the site, we (via Google Analytics and Google Search Console) collect standard usage data such as pages viewed, referring source, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, and time on page. This data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.
- Cookies — we use a small number of cookies to support site analytics and, where relevant, to remember your preferences. We do not use cookies to store personally identifiable information.
How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and deliver services you've requested (consultations, digital products).
- To send you updates you've explicitly subscribed to (our email newsletter, via Kit).
- To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it (via Google Analytics and Search Console).
- To meet legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Legal basis for processing your information
We process your personal information on the following bases: with your consent (for example, when you subscribe to our email list or book a call — consent you can withdraw at any time, see "Your rights" below); where it's necessary to perform a service you've asked for (responding to an enquiry, delivering a consultation you've booked); and where we have a legitimate interest in understanding aggregate site usage to improve the site, which we balance against your privacy rights and limit accordingly. Where we're required to process information to meet a legal, accounting, or regulatory obligation, that obligation is itself the basis.
Cross-border data transfer
Some of the service providers listed below (Google Analytics/Search Console, Cloudflare) process data on servers located outside India. Where your information is transferred outside India, we take reasonable steps to ensure it continues to receive an appropriate level of protection, consistent with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and rules issued under it. Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers that make the site and our services work, each acting under their own privacy terms:
- Google (Analytics, Search Console) — site usage analytics.
- Cloudflare — our hosting and content-delivery provider.
- Kit (ConvertKit) — our email newsletter provider, if you subscribe.
- Calendly / OneCal — if you book a call, your name and email are shared with our scheduling provider to manage that booking.
How long we keep your information
We retain enquiry and booking information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our accounting/legal obligations, and email subscriber data for as long as you remain subscribed. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see "Your rights" below).
Your rights
You can ask us, at any time, to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information, including unsubscribing from our email list (every email includes an unsubscribe link, or email us directly).
